We’ve always felt weird that VoiceXML/IVR hosting providers have charged for the platform usage as well as call charges. It’s like your cell-phone carrier is asking you to pay for their SS7 infrastructure in addition to the call charges – which doesn’t really make sense! Unfortunately, so far there were not many options and hence developers had no choice but subscribe to such double charging business model.
We never believed in such ‘double-charging’ model. From day one, we have never charged for the platform. All we going to charge for is any calls or SMS made from the application. Checkout our pricing page for more information.
